About us

Synergy is a Ukrainian group of companies that unites enterprises in the field of engineering construction and building management. The history of SYNERGY began in 1995 with the foundation of the engineering and construction company Budtekhnoservice.

The first areas of activity were heat metering and regulation systems, heating stations, and later the construction of the entire complex of building engineering systems.

Since 2001, we have been involved in the implementation of international energy efficiency projects in Ukraine. In recent years, our specialists have been sharing their experience through consulting projects.

Thanks to the chosen strategy, in 20 years the company has grown from a small company to one of the leaders in the Ukrainian market in the field of energy efficiency projects and construction of building engineering systems, performing work on objects of any complexity.

In 2015, the parent company, Budtechnoservice, was reorganized into several companies with a clear specialization: consulting and project management; construction; and service.

By developing the company’s competitive advantages, using best practices in management and technology, we are actively involved in the implementation of Ukraine’s strategy to reduce energy dependence and increase the competitiveness of the economy.

Today, SYNERGY defines the development strategy and manages the group’s engineering companies with a total of 400 employees.

Our company is actively involved in energy efficiency projects in Ukraine funded by donor organizations and international financial institutions (USAID, EU, GIZ, IBRD, EBRD, NEFCO).
